KPC España acquires new site in Torremolinos for a premium residential project
KPC España has acquired new land on the Costa del Sol as part of its strategic expansion plan in southern Spain. The company will develop a residential apartment project in Torremolinos—a prime location next to the seafront and beaches, just 20 minutes from Málaga city center.
Torremolinos is a globally recognized Andalusian town, known for its cosmopolitan population and comprehensive range of services, along with a wide variety of entertainment, culture, leisure, gastronomy, and nightlife.
“Connectivity, combined with its paradisiacal landscapes, is one of Torremolinos’ greatest attractions. Our project is just 100 meters from the commuter train station and 15 minutes from Málaga-Pablo Ruiz Picasso International Airport, which welcomes 20 million tourists each year. This destination remains one of the best beach holiday options in Europe in terms of value for money,” explained Patricio Rojas San Martín, founding partner of KPC España.
KPC España plans to build 30 boutique apartments overlooking the Mediterranean, offering 1 and 2 bedrooms layouts distinguished by the company’s signature focus on quality, exclusivity, and innovation.
Torremolinos rose to international fame during its golden age in the 1950s, when it became a jet-set hotspot and a symbol of avant-garde tourism—known for its glamorous parties, bold spirit, and luxury lifestyle. That free and welcoming spirit still defines the town today. In fact, it was once the favorite destination of iconic figures such as Grace Kelly, Ava Gardner, Marlon Brando, Orson Welles, and Frank Sinatra.
With the goal of reviving Torremolinos’ golden era and enhancing its unique appeal, some of Spain’s most prestigious real estate developers—Grupo Abu, Metrovacesa, Hábitat, and Nuovic Homes, have committed to multimillion euro investments in the area.
