KPC Spain acquires new land for an exclusive development in the Costa del Sol’s “Golden Triangle.”

KPC España has formalized the acquisition of a strategic plot of land in the Puerto del Almendro development, in the municipality of Benahavís, for the development of a new high-end residential development. The plot, with a surface area of approximately 5,000 square meters, is located in one of the most coveted areas of the Andalusian coast known as the “Golden Triangle” of the Costa del Sol.

This exclusive project includes 21 two- and three-bedroom homes, offering abundant light thanks to their south-facing orientation, gardens, and private pools, as well as spacious terraces with panoramic sea views. Signature design and the implementation of innovative systems with the highest quality and energy-efficient standards will characterize the future residential complex, which will also feature gardens, a swimming pool, a wellness area, and a golf simulation room among its common areas.

With this transaction, KPC España will generate a turnover of around €30 million, consolidating its presence in the luxury sector on the Costa del Sol with a boutique project approach, characterized by attention to detail, design innovation, landscape integration, and the search for unique locations that define its work philosophy.

The acquired plot is located in one of the most coveted areas of the Andalusian coast: the so-called “Golden Triangle” of the Costa del Sol, made up of the municipalities of Marbella, Benahavís, and Estepona. Specifically, it enjoys excellent connectivity, just five minutes by car from San Pedro Alcántara and Puerto Banús, with direct access from the AP-7 motorway and the A-397 highway that connects Ronda and Marbella. It is also just 45 minutes from Malaga International Airport, reinforcing its appeal to international buyers.

Benahavís, recognized for its high socioeconomic status, its golf courses, and its prestigious residential developments such as La Zagaleta, is positioning itself as a leading real estate destination on the Costa del Sol.
