The name KPC reflects both the initials of the company’s three founding partners and the core values behind its philosophy. “K stands for capital. P represents ‘partners,’ because we co-invest in our developments. And C stands for ‘cooperation,’ for integrating cultures,” explains the CEO.

Over the past two years, the company has generated more than €100 million on the Costa del Sol, thanks to four projects currently underway. “These are luxury, exclusive developments. True luxury is hard to find in mass production,” Rojas notes. The selected locations are Estepona, Marbella, Torremolinos, and Málaga city—a city the CEO describes as compelling. “It already holds a strong position in the market. It’s rare to find a city so well positioned on the global stage,” he concludes.
