KPC España has officially joined the Advisory Board of the Real Estate Chair at the San Telmo Foundation, strengthening its commitment to educational excellence, applied research, and strategic thinking in the real estate sector.
This agreement marks a significant milestone for the Chair, which has become one of Spain’s leading academic and professional forums dedicated to the analysis and development of innovative real estate business models.
KPC, represented by Patricio Rojas, now joins a select group of organizations that advise and support the Chair’s activities, playing an active role in shaping its direction and future outlook.
The collaboration includes initiatives aimed at supporting the Chair’s training, research, and outreach programs. This contribution positions KPC as a patron company of a pioneering academic project in Spain, while also allowing it to take part directly in the development of content, case studies, and specialized programs.
“Our partnership with San Telmo Business School reflects our long-term vision and our commitment to talent, innovation, and sustainability in real estate development,” stated Patricio Rojas, who emphasized that involvement in this kind of initiative “not only strengthens the sector but also helps us anticipate future challenges.”
From the San Telmo Foundation, its General Director, Juan Pérez Gálvez, highlighted the importance of involving companies like KPC: “Their track record, strategic mindset, and international vision bring great value to the discussions and reflections we foster through the Chair.”
The agreement will initially be valid for five years, with the possibility of renewal, and is based on principles of mutual trust, confidentiality, and a shared commitment to academic quality and rigor. Both entities also agreed to coordinate future joint communications that will reinforce their strategic alliance.
